Client Portal

Where available, we may provide customers with access to a secure online client portal (the *“Client Portal”*). The Client Portal allows customers to access information relating to their orders and completed tests, including test results, reports and other information associated with their account.

Access to the Client Portal is provided for the personal use of the customer to whom the account relates and must not be shared with or made accessible to another person.

### 2. Account Registration and Security

Where Client Portal access is provided, customers may be required to create or be provided with account login credentials.

Customers are responsible for:

* providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating or using their account;
* keeping their login details confidential;
* taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to their account;
* notifying us promptly if they believe their account or login credentials have been compromised; and
* ensuring that any device used to access the Client Portal is appropriately secured.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to an account where we reasonably believe that there has been unauthorised access, misuse of the Client Portal, a security concern, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

### 3. Access to Test Results

Completed test results and reports may be made available through the Client Portal once the relevant testing and report preparation process has been completed.

The availability of a report through the Client Portal does not constitute a guarantee that the information will remain available indefinitely. We may retain, archive or remove information in accordance with our legal, regulatory, operational and data-retention requirements.

Customers should download or otherwise retain a copy of any report or information they wish to keep for their own records.
