Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Canada Food Intolerance! We provide bioresonance testing services to help our customers identify potential intolerances and sensitivities to food and environmental factors.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Our services involve bioresonance testing to identify potential intolerances and sensitivities to food and environmental factors. We do not ship any test kits to customers; all testing is conducted remotely through the submission of a hair sample.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for our services is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card or PayPal. Refunds are not available for completed testing services.

Results and Recommendations

Our bioresonance testing provides customers with information about potential intolerances and sensitivities to food and environmental factors. However, we do not provide medical advice or treatment recommendations. Customers are advised to consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse services 12 months after purchase.

We recommend a 26 week time period between testing. Testing before this period could cause inaccuracies.

Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of our customers seriously. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information about our data processing practices, please see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including our testing methods and reports, are owned by Canada Food Intolerance. Customers may use our reports for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, US Food Intolerance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
